Turbo Cowls
Turbo Cowls are hand manufactured from 1.2, 1.6mm and 2mm thick Stainless Steel 3CR12 and 304 / Mild Steel and Galvanized each Turbo Cowl is individually welded to clients own specification.

Flues
Flues are hand manufactured from 0.5mm - 1.2mm thick Stainless Steel 304 / Mild Steel and Galvanized each flue is individually seamed and jennied which does not allow any smoke or leakage.  We manufacture flues from 95mm diameter - 600mm diameter in plain, plain crimped one end, insulated, Special "A", End Cap flues.

Coupling Guards
Coupling Guards are hand manufactured from 0.8mm - 1.2mm Galvanized or Mild Steel they are joined together with a anti-separating lockform which will ensure a long lasting product.

Drip Trays
Drip Trays are hand manufactured from 1.2mm - 4mm Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminium and Galvanized which are all Tig Welded together for no leakage.

Ducting
Ducting is hand manufactured from 0.8mm - 1.2mm Galvanized from 300mm x 300mm to 1500mm x 1500mm all ducting is lockformed together and segments are joined together by a air tight MEZ Flange, with cross breaking for extra added strength and support.

For any cutting, bending and rolling you can send through a detailed drawing and we will be willing to quote.

We also do general Stainless Steel welding from 1mm - 8mm. All welds are TIG Welding.
